Faxing to one or a hundred fax machines is as easy as sending a single email. With Email2Fax you can send text, spreadsheets and graphical images from your stored documents including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and dozens of other acceptable file formats to any fax machine in the world. You can even send to fax machines and to email addresses at the same time.
With Email2Fax you can send fax documents directly from your email client software (Outlook, Outlook Express, AOL, and others, or from your Web based e-mail service Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.)
Sending a fax using Send2Fax is as simple as sending an e-mail. Simply type the recipient fax number followed by @fax.send2fax.com on the "To" field. Then attach files from your hard drive that you wish to fax to the recipient. |

| Of course you can also scan documents with signatures and annotations, and then fax them to one or multiple fax recipients or email addresses. You don't have a scanner? No problem. Just fax the document from a fax machine to your personal Send2Fax inbound fax number. The document will then be accessible from your email client for immediate or future faxing. |
