Enroll in a Technical Support Contract
On-Site Support and Technical Help -- where you need it, when you need it
Services include:
- Technical support on all Servers, Workstations, Network Connectivity and Network Printers at your company site.
- Installation and configuration of software and services upon request.
- Telephone support on day-to-day issues regarding the operation of your company network.
- Consultation between your company and other vendors as requested.
- Support to be provided within 24 hours of being notified.
- Itemized reports submitted to you after each support call.

Contract hours do not expire before full usage.
Regular rate of support provided outside of a Technical Support Package is $150/hour.
During the implementation of your Technical Support Contract, Lynch Digital Media Inc. will make every effort to perform support with minimal disruption to the everyday business of your company.
Lynch Digital Media Inc. will take every safeguard to ensure the data of the machines being serviced; however, it is the responsibility of your company to perform regular backups and to ensure the integrity of the backups in the event that data needs to be restored.

Service Contracts are applicable Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
Our service call turnaround time is 24-hours for requests made via email/web/phone/fax.
We also offer scheduled after-hours and emergency service.
All services are F.O.B. Lynch Digital Media Inc. head office unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For our customers' convenience, all service contracts will auto-renew once contract balance reaches zero (0) hours remaining or contract exceeds zero (0) hours remaining.
